PPC uses the fluidized sand stripping system to rapidly burn off and clean our hooks, racks, fixtures and steel parts which have been painted with organic paints or powder coating. The items are loaded into a basket that is then hoisted into the tank where the bubbling fluidized hot sand scrubs and burns off the organic material and vaporizes it without damaging or warping the work pieces.

PPC cleans our hooks and fixtures on a regular basis to ensure proper grounding of the work pieces to be powder coated and to ensure a consistent quality finish.
